Happy and boring. Yup. Way too much joy from my job right now, which makes for boring posts and stories. Would you like to hear about expressio unius est exclusion alterius vs. plain meaning? Care how many pending cases are all but silenced by my latest arbitration victory? It's kind of all I want to talk about right now and I'm the FIRST to admit, nay point out and highlight, that this is dry and dull stuff here. I can't sing about it at work either without sounding like a dick - I have to...well be a douche and say things like "I just get the cases assigned - it was really all of you who did the work!" Nobody believes it of course, but if I take credit then I'm more-more-more of a dick. Success is apologizing for success.
