Aug. 3rd, 2010 08:39 amDoes anyone else see those electronic-chemical-sprayer commercials, where people walk around their GORGEOUS CLEAN HOME and breathe in the delightful aroma of dow chemical as the motion detectors send out sprays of mist? Does anyone else scream at the tv "Try cleaning your fucking house!?"
Last night was thrill kill and Lords of Acid. You know how they are kind of hit or miss? Last night was an incredible fucking show - hell LoA went all genitorturers on the stage and stuff. It was just nuts - very pleased. Also shocked how they, in whatever permutation, are still around and sick. Lovely. Funny how the slut fest bleeded all over, with those not hungry enough to crawl onto the stage and dry hump a musician or the air making little grope piles around the club. Even retired club couples, we're talking dressed in their faded club outfits and gray-haired, were all grindy. If you get a chance, jebus it's like a $20 ticket go Go GO!
TKK started with devil bunnies - something that is always hard to explain to people who only heard them in clubs. Groovy was good, come to think of it everyone was aging well and I say that looking at them shirtless. Live fast die much later with a distinct set of abs?
The club itself had a fantastic sound system - I think the speakers left me tan.

Now I'm tired, but I'm so used to waking up at this dumb hour that I've woken up at this dumb hour and can't get back to sleep. Grr.
