Something is wrong - I'm taking way too much pleasure from work. Yay work. Work work work. Worky worky work work. La la-la la la.
As I priced out the neighborhood in my get rich quick from risky foreclosure idea, I realized that the place I was pissed that I sold about a year ago for 300 only sells for 315 now it it is nicely remodeled, or a 5% gain if I was lucky. My stock portfolio not yet matured to the 1 year mark, for all the groans and heartache, has shot up to a nice 25% gain. Unlike the house, the stocks are liquid. Neato.
