I am finding the election results are becoming like my portfolio - when I don't like the news, I look less. I...I hate the republican party. I am a fan of fiscal conservatism, but the repubs love to spend money - only on business and the military. Why was Reagan a hero for tripling the deficit with his recession-fighting stimulus package while Obama is a n...is wrong to do the same thing?

If you take the fiscal issue out of it, the lack of equality and other important rights under the conservative repub doctrine is just nutty. No unborn gay whales.

Oh - but we're cool with the pot! Yay medical pot, but to hell with the faggots who want to get married. I understand that in 31 states where the electorate was given the ballot issue of gay marriage it was rejected 100% of the time.

I now support mandatory gay marriage. It seems like extremists get all the press, so I'm upping the ante. Sodomy for all, choice for nobody! Don't like it? Get a prescription to get high! I'm the new republican!

Failed again - recently I tried to watch 300, partly out of curiosity of the homophobe messages I heard so much about, and partially because I often like dumb macho movies. I thought I liked dumb, but I barely made it halfway through 300. I'd rather read Skymall again.

Turned on the tele tonight to relax, just relax, and saw the beginning of the fantastic 4 - 2, silver surfer. I didn't make it too far past the credits - it was dumb and odd looking - the guy was supposed to be plastic, so why does his betrothed look like a mannequin? Dumb I may be and enjoy, but it would seem not as dumb as mainstream media.

Yet I can watch Carpenter films...
