Aug. 6th, 2009 06:51 pmBecause I frequently travel to remote parts of the US, I'm thinking of breaking down and getting a GPS. Any advice in what to get or not get? Understand my priorities are price...no, that's pretty much it. I don't want to pay for subscription services, don't give a rat's ass if it plays music/movies, but do want it to talk to me.
I'm also thinking of using it for hiking (so battery ability / life is important) and possibly for my trip to Austria.
New t-shirt that nobody will wear - back: Warning BACK OFF, front: Poo hands
Overheard at work: I mean if they're not going to sit down just raise the seat like a man should...
The scale says I'm 7 pounds heavier than when I was happy with my appearance (see abs icon) which is 2 lbs more than when I started dieting. Diet and exercise fail. But, today in the gym I felt strong and the mirror just seemed really kind to me.
