Work: Bwahahahaha! The weak link at the office, who complains about alleged disparate treatment compared to men, just missed her flight to the hearing. BWAHAHAHA! I mean I knew she was covering up deadlines missed, extensions filed, and the fact that half her work is now being done by our intern...but this hilarity is priceless. Best part is she's out there with the evil boss who I just did a hearing with (the one who wore a full suit from home to airport to hotel). Oh the love-fest that's gonna be out there in the field.

I lost my witness for this week, but was allowed to pull in his testimony from another case in his stay. Makes my job that much easier, but doesn't help our case. Also wrote a MSJ on someone else's case in which the judge was so desperate to throw out this idiot's 5th complaint that they drafted a statement of undisputed facts themselves.

Work. Is. Fun. I'm also taking heed of these gas prices even with my lil slow driven honda, and WAH more.

You know, my life really isn't that bad. Sometimes I wonder why I complain so much. Today I'm enjoying my friends - LOTS, my physical programs and results, my job freedom and pay with fun days like this, my financial security, my comfy home life...of course I want more, faster, but dis sheet aint bad.
