Aug. 30th, 2006 07:09 amFinally got my grade for crim proc from the summer - although there were like 7 As assigned, I got a B+. Not bad overall, not bad considering I went to the final Nation-alchemy the night before, not bad considering I knew I got at least one thing wrong. My gpa went from 3.27 to...3.27. It just was a higher # before rounding, no other change. Still, since it only seems to take a 3.30 to get honors I still have a shot. This is a tough semester though, so we'll see how I do.
Changed to one of these new not-fancy themes. I do this for two reasons: 1) it wastes less space on the sides of the screen, 2) it looks even more like I'm working when someone walks up and sees black text and a white screen. I love the fact I now have set video and large pictures to only display place holders. Post all the stupid shit you want - it will no longer fuck up my view, stupid biatches.
Question - how do you use this style and still have the memory and edit button available?
After Jen ran me into the ground, I thought my legs would be sore - they weren't. This means I had the ability to do it, only the heart was weak or something. Jen will work out, run, or hike until literally falling down. I think I'm going to try and rise to her level of will, but perhaps not to the point of being ill. I've always admired her will and determination. She's shown that she doesn't just stubbornly try, but does what it takes to actually succeed and grow.
I am going to work from home Friday, which means I should be able to give new-Nation a try. I mean alchemy-NE.
