May. 3rd, 2006 09:46 amOh a day. Last night the exam couldn't have gone better. Well, it could have because I hadn't downloaded the file necessary to take the thing on the computer, but since I finished the thing in an hour I wasn't worried about that. Hell, it was better to realize I missed a step before the real exams. This was just a warm-up, and it was obscenely easy. I knew all but one answer dead-on, and the one I didn't know was just mult-choice. "In the House when dems meet it's in caucus, when rep meet it's in conference. What is it called in the Senate?" Great - getting pointless trivia questions in law school. Anyway, if I don't get an A I'll be in shock, except the exam was so easy it may be that everyone gets a B for getting everything right. After the exam I played starcraft.
Today the litgator I'm working for is out, and he forgot to assign me work. I called him and he gave me stuff to pursue, but its clear he doesn't expect anything done. I'll still work, but what an external pressure free day. Breathe.
Edit - I was debating whether to go for MORE extra credit in evidence, and there was a pending "fact pattern" where you are given a chance to run through evidence courtroom scenarios...and I volunteered. 3pm Sunday I'll be playing attorney or judge, and having to address my knowledge of evidence as it will apply to a scenario...ugh. It'll hurt.
