Who cuts hair? My man is out of town, the bastard. Now I can't hear his stories about the big dicks he's played with while he cuts my hair. I just love my big dick stories. So, I am really OVER the John Basedow look, and want to return to fag-flip heaven. Anyone know a good haircutting person (I can't live without flirtation or dick stories)?

It appears NUTJOB has engaged in some answer shopping despite the concurrence of BOSS, Jose, AREA BOSS, and SPEC(worker's comp) on this issue. I do not see any reason to shift our course in this matter, and it would be burdensome to delay this process further as EMPLOYEE has been out for a week without approved leave.
Off the record, I would say we should note 1) answer shopping hurts the efficiency of LERD; having to re-decide issues & spend resources defending positions repeatedly, and damaging morale a tad, and 2) I am not terribly interested in participating in all these conference calls to "get on the same page" if at their conclusion someone uses answer shopping to circumvent the conclusions a group came to. In this case I have spent a lot of time coddling NUTJOB and doing much of the legwork for her rather than simply advising. The constant immediate demands and forced interruptions are impacting my work on the other assignments under my watch, and if my efforts are going to be questioned, I'm probably going to be somewhat less responsive to the subsequent demands.
As of today's conference call, we returned to the advice I originally gave on Thursday, modified to incorporate the delay while they tried to circumvent the answer I gave them originally.
LJ, clubs, parties, outside-world:
I am going to be off for a bit, as I have been. I am far behind in school, and work is just insane. I may not re-emerge until the end of May. I will not be reliably on LJ any more than I have been - if it is important, tell me blah blah. I will still post stuff for the sheer catharisis or to pointedly avoid doing work when I'm really pissed off. Like now.
OH - and I will be cranky. I hear that makes for good reading. Stupid fucking fucker fuck.
