kelowna and I have been hiking a bit, and I believe I have seen far more economy cars "in the woods" than SUVs. SUVs are typically seen at offices and grocery stores. Also ironic is how often people fight to get the closest parking spot to the door - in the parking lot of the gym.
I just talked to someone in my dept. who is leaving us for the dept. of Education. There she not only has a flexible schedule, but they are giving tuition assistance and allow time off for exams and soforth. Me thinks I better expand my base for comparison of government jobs.
