The original reports were that the soldiers were dragged from the vehicle and pounded with concrete blocks by a crowd of teenagers. If this is the case, I have to say that while I oppose BushCo. to this day, that if this report is accurate that the appropriate response is to bomb the area, make it glass, kill the people, the culture, and ensure the genetic material itself does not remain. Only two things would give reason for restraint - a study to see if these monkeys even have opposable thumbs, and of course a study into the accuracy of the story as BushChenyCo. is the only source of information on the war activities and we cannot be assured of objectivity.

The reports now seem more sure that the soldiers were dead when the crowds arrived, the throats were not slit, and the crowd dragged the bodies out to loot them of belongings.

Yes I'm posting emotional reactionary war-like feelings quickly followed by my own disgust with the leaders that sent us there in the first place. It is similar to my reaction to the Israeli situation - I disagree with the government of Israel's actions, but I am more disgusted by the bombings by the Palestinians.

Wow - more on the same subject -
The top 70 U.S. contractors working in Iraq and Afghanistan contributed more than $500,000 to President Bush's 2000 election, a sum that exceeds their total contributions to political campaigns over the past 12 years. See the Center for Public Integrity report relesed 10/30
