Mar. 30th, 2003 09:35 amSo a friend emailed me to point out that according to UT GMU Law has moved from a rank of 39 to 26! This sounds cool, filling me full of hopes that it would be in the top ten by the time I graduate (see me boost my career through the luck of the momentum).

GMU sent me a little note saying they are now ranked 40th, which may be the case in the newer listing which I hear is due 4/7 – up from 47 last year. The USN&WR ranking says it’s updated on the website, but is the same list as previously displayed.
( I had an odd experience in the gym yesterday. )
I then went to G’town harbor with some of my more normal friends…in drag. When I say drag, I mean: bass faux DocMartin shoes, white socks, kaki shorts ornamented with a braided leather belt, a ribbed white T-shirt tucked in my shorts, and the new frat-boy hair do where it’s all spikey in front but short all over. I kept expecting people to freak out and go “Wait a minute…aren’t you…” but it didn’t happen.
It’s so strange – I’m used to being incapable of being a stealth freak! In the office, I showed someone I’ve worked with for 6 months the picture on www.poseurs.com, and they said “You mean you used to be weird?” I replied “No, I cut my hair.” I don’t think she got it.
