The republicans have gotten control of the house & senate
The Supreme Court is twisting further and further away from any rational discourse as they continue to render conservative decisions that move further and further way from the constitution
The President wants to go to war with a tiny country for financial interests while we ignore much more abusive régimes based on our satisfied economic interests
Congress is about to confirm a large series of highly conservative judges that would never survive the scrutiny of a more partisan group of legislators
Congress is about to approve the new budgets and formation of the homeland defense department with their new monopolistic powers…
The tax that only affects the elite rich that fail to plan their death benefits and yet has a tremendous impact on tax revenues – aka the ‘death tax’ is about to be repealed for good (good of who? People with over 2 mil?) – an extremely damaging effect on overall tax revenues…
The tax rollback is about to made permanent – a rollback that has a negligible effect on individuals but an extremely damaging effect on revenues…

What the fuck is up with the headlines on Winona Ryder!? Who cares! Some rich girl steals from Saks…stop the fucking presses…Princes Di is wearing a new dress…

More news on the law school front

So far I have applied to Stanford, Harvard, UTA, and
GMU. I haven't applied to Yale yet because their
application materials haven't arrived and are not
available on their web site.

Of course, applying isn't quite the same as being
accepted, right?

Well, today I checked my mail and found I had been
sent law school applications based on my recent LSAT
score / LSAC listing! These schools included Columbia
and Northwestern - both of whom are waiving the
application fee should I choose to apply at all.

Right now I am one happy camper.
