vicarzI am tired, tired, tired of bad news. Hey Federal workers! The new Bushee appointee of Office of Special Counsel, in from faith-based initiatives, is reversing discrimination protection for gays!
The new Special Counsel, Scott Bloch, (appointed by Bush from Faith-based initiatives
http://www.whitehouse.gov/news/releases/2003/06/20030626-6.html) has re-interpreted a 1978 law regarding sexual orientation and such acts as attending a gay rights rally. This seems in contrast with OPM rulings, or at least will until the next appointee reinvents the law.
References to sexual orientation protections are being yanked off of web sites and other materials as we speak.
