Those with extensive work experience, as well as a commitment to public management, are thereby eligible to become Senior Presidential Management Fellows...Senior Fellows can be appointed at grades GS-13 through GS-15 or their equivalents. After completing two years in the program, they are eligible for appointment to the Senior Executive Service (SES).
