And flashing or blinking software and/or codes are all changing even in private industry due to the whole 508 compliance thing.....it has the same affect to some epileptics as does the strobe light!
These are the specs required now: Software shall not use flashing or blinking text, objects, or other elements having a flash or blink frequency greater than 2 Hz and lower than 55 Hz.
