I actually failed on my overhead dumbbell press this morning. As in had to drop the weight to avoid twisting my shoulder badly. Embarrassing.
I haven't done really hard upper body stuff in a few weeks, since I've been tapering, racing, and/or fighting off viral stuff. Went with dumbbells that were lighter than my usual from several weeks back, but apparently not light enough...
