that's happening.
I left cat to check out my place for the first time this week. The basement is fully floored, though I'm noting the lead pipe is still there. The top floor is floored, while the subfloor is mostly done on the main floor plus the ceiling is mostly up.
I talked to the contractor the other day and he noted the wood windows were only $100 each more on average than the vinyl, so I went with them. I didn't really run through the numbers, but I'm easily 10 windows so I upped my bill a total of another 5 grand. It looks so small at first!
When the fucking place is built not only will I never leave it, I'm going to walk around touching things just because.
