Hey, remind me what stretches you are supposed to be/are doing for your hip? I'm working if your range of motion is stifled somewhere and maybe that's something. As for other hip (from later post, reading backwards, sorry), I wonder if it hurts because you aren't supporting your weights evenly distributed between both legs (50-50) because you are protecting the repair?
