Today I posted in fb that I was shocked nobody wished me a happy birthday. That’s passive-aggressive me, whose birthday is nowhere around this date, just mocking the flood of birthday wishes that come with a fb reminder - I don’t wish people b’day based on a reminder; seems insincere.
Heh. Jerk.
(I have to have calendar reminders so that I don't miss my own parents' birthdays. I feel FB reminders are no less sincere than if someone said, "It's Jose's birthday," and I said, "Oh! Happy birthday" to you. I'd do that if I saw you out on the street, even though I have no idea when your birthday is. *shrug*
