Yes, indeedy. Kind of like those anti-drug commercials which never showed people being hurt by drugs - but how their lives were ruined by the enforcement of anti-drug laws.

The thing that is really sad is that there is a real problem to be dealt with, and that we've done a great job of improving that very serious problem - only now the problem-dealing has eclipsed the solution. Welcome to USia
