Today I was famous for being the guy who pissed off the Director early in the day so the rest of the day as he chewed heads off it was my fault. And, with that my reputation is cemented and positive with pretty much everyone (being the lightning rod for what everyone thinks but you say makes you popular if not smart) except perhaps the director. I just pointed out that this system increases the amount of work we have to do and goals are not being met currently - so that to set this up seems to require more staff. Not received well.

Day 2 of happy hours. I like many of the people I work with, and I like being liked by them too.
