Cool that you feel confident and competent in your job. Now that you've mastered the basics, does it make you want to stay there? Sounds like you want a position with less stress. Is it possible that your current position will become less stressful now that you've got the hang of it? Or is the stress coming from your particular set of bosses and co-workers? As for parenting, it's shocking how much you have to go over and over the basics with kids. I've been on the phone with my sister at least 3 times where she'll pause our conversation and casually say to her daughter, "No, don't put your shoe in your mouth. That's filthy. NO."
