If I remember correctly, the brownies have chili-peppers in them - otherwise it's just good ice cream (on those I do vanilla) and their own fudgey sauce. Remember - they're chocolate snobs, who give classes in how to be a chocolate snob and how to make chocolate for chocolate snobs. Mmm.
