What I find odd is that anyone things that McCain has a good character. He's...well, there was an indepth article about his personal history in Rollingstone recently. It's a hit piece, of course, but the fact that he's not exactly a nice fellow got through pretty clearly.

And being a POW doesn't make you a hero.
