Sometimes more, when we do mat work. Believe it or not Abs can be a part of Judo. It depends who is leading the excerises for that night. I go home hurting some nights just from the warm-ups. Class is like 2 hours long for the adults, but some people do leave early, *hehehe* in most cases that's me. *whew* We do other workouts also.
