My fear that a paper trail is being generated against me is justified; however, I'm not the only one. The boss I'm having problems with is in fact doing the same thing to virtually all males within her scope of authority and slightly beyond. So chances for an EEO suit stronger, but chances of nonviolent resolution are weaker. I'm still going to try and talk to her on the road, but I have little hope that it will do any good other than bolstering my case that I tried to reach resolution with her in a professional yet personal manner.
