(no subject)

Got spanked by a pushy judge. I submit items double-sided, which seems justified in the USGov where they're always encouraging reducing paper use, double sided, recycling...this judge rejected a large submission and asked for it again single sided "because I can't flip through things in a hearing." Right, it's so bloody hard to turn the page and look at it as opposed to turn the page and look at the next. Twit. Ever seen a book? I try to work my beliefs into my work place, and these particular beliefs are supported by countless issuances from multiple levels and agencies, but still I run into this kind of wasteful attitude.

No I wouldn't risk anything like this in the private sector. Government also affords me more protected rights of expression and religious accommodation than I might receive elsewhere. Remember I used to report to duty with a purple "mohawk."

Not a hot day in the gym yesterday. My bench has actually decreased slightly, while everything else seems to be increasing. I'm also not getting taller.

ugh. I hate that shit. I caught a guy here clogging up the common color printer doing single-sided printouts of a directory - that says specifically in the file to print 2-sided. and the kicker? he's the guy who heads up the recycling day efforts here every year. 9_9

I too, had a Purple Mohawk. My Kids loved it!

Started old school - straight bar, 10 just bar, 10 with quarters, 10 with 45, 9 with 55 each side (couldn't pull of 10 which I usually can), 1 with 185 on my own, 2nd with barely help, 3rd with help only.
45 incline bench, 50lb dumbbells, 1 set 10, 1 of 8, 1 of 8
Decline hammer strength machine, 1 set 10 at 180 (90 per side, assuming machine is 0 weight), 8-10 (I forget) at 230, 6-8 at 230
dips, not sure how many, 3 sets to exhaustion (20/15/13 probably)

Then it was off to shoulders and back. Usually I can get 3 of the bar bench at 185.

I had no idea that you ever dyed your hair or would have a mohawk.

Yep - I'm pretty sure I had super long hair when I met you. Look at my pictures under "what was, was."

(forgot that I did another 2 sets after that, not sure how many reps but 155 then 135)

The routine has not been routine, but for years. My base is 3 sets of 10, and the warm up is in there too. I have not been able to keep the routine regular for about 5 years or so. It's been only 1-2 times a week for the past 5 years, now I'm up to 3 times a week. Plus boxing class and running.

(I've changed up this routine for the past 2 weeks or so, having added the squats, switching to far more dumbbells for bench and doing heavier weight and less reps, also less exercises on each group)

The only picture I have of you you had short hair. How do I get to the what was was?

If you view my profile it shows a link to my pictures. In that section are galleries, one of which is called "what was, was." Or you can click this http://pics.livejournal.com/vicar/gallery/0000672q

I barely recognize you, but that doesn't mean that you weren't that way when I met you.

Simple solution. Reduce the pages so that there are two pages per 8 1/2 x 11 sheet, then copy them single sided. >:)

Approved! That, and initiate a Board-wide crackdown on wasteful practices in light of the conflict of those patterns of conduct with the greater Agency mission of convervation of resources both environmental and financial neener neener.
