I'll tell you what helped me even if it doesn't help you. I get out of bed at the same time every morning. I didn't change for the time change, but I also don't let myself sleep in. That is giving me sleep. Many times I'm awake before the alarm, but I do not get out of bed until the alarm. I can go to bed whenever I want as long as it's after 10. Many people can go anytime they feel like at night, but I can't. I hope you start getting some sleep.
