Things are worse in the hospital. Was there until 1:30, calling in and going back today I think. Nurses are wonderful, good god the work they do for the pay they get.

cyaneyed. It's a tad on the hokey side, but different things work for different people. This is not that different than what I do/did and advice I give.
My advice is a little different, more of a grab the bull by the horns and use logic to shout it down approach. Still, I often say don't do X or do-do Y, but don't often say how. Here is someone saying how.
