Ok so when I mentioned Paris I didn't know what her crime was - you were all right and I was wrong. Oops! I hadn't really watched the case, as is obvious. Half-cocked and still shooting, my mouth was. I still don't see why people care. Except dayglo - her I see.
My personal saga continues and sucks notably less. Ok, I'm tired of reading and tired of taking timed tests and really tired of reviewing to find out what I got wrong, and that they test on laws I've never heard of in class or even in the prep..."larceny by trick!?" However, the pain is somewhat abated after that 17/35 in MS property, ouch, by doing the 28/35 in evidence and 26/35 in crim. Not great, but passing overall and in far better time. I also have a far better idea of what is going on with the essays, and now am just brimming with confidence that I will pass. Still got work to do, and will do it, but now it's just a case of making sure I know what I'm doing. This is starting to feel more like the LSAT, now that I think of it.
If this study doesn't pay off, at least I have this wonderful resource to draw from!
