I like your idea - inspired by those that do AND those that don't. I wasn't this fit at 23 (though I did kinda work out - I just didn't do it as much or have as much understanding). I know when I was getting really serious about it, I saw this white-haired man in the government worker gym. He was in incredible shape. I decided that someday I want to be that old guy, that old guy that you look at and go "Holy fuck!" It's like he wasn't old at all (the attitude helps too). Similarly there is an 80something year old azn woman in my area who does ballet, yoga, and other hokey stuff - and I only recently found out her age. I thought she was like 55.
