Mellow but really cool night in chairschool last night. Today I am reaping the benefits of not really drinking last night - though I was surprised to be buzzed after a whopping 2 sipped drinks. Diner - it makes a difference! I did dance my bloody ass off - dunno why I just kind of hit a groove. I even managed to not hit anyone or box a lot...

and a bunch of people who think that I am looking good - or lie like fuckers because I happen to know what state my gut is in. Mel showed up w/o the ROCK. Dan and Andrea made an appearance. Kelowna danced - you know the energy is dead on when she hits the floor.

Thank god that xmas crap is over now.

I hide it - dancing w/o a shirt on is a sport best reserved for the really skinny. My gut is my one weak area, and it's always behind fabric.

Gut means that it is not just defined muscle. There is fat - not tons, not hanging over belt fat, but there is visible not-muscle.
