Damnit - well I'm trying not to spiral into another vat of negativity. At least I recognize that this is happening, and know to stop it. It seems I really do need a vacation, in many ways. Negativity can be a wall against that which I am either being hurt by or fear being hurt by - though I rarely target what bothers me. Lashing out at the wrong targets, when I shouldn't be lashing out at all.
