Two days of civpro, transposing with little comprehension...worked! I went over other people's outlines today, realizing quickly that mine is too long and too-case-intensive, and low and behold I understand this stuff! I'm not sure how this happened, but I can actually do it! 14th vs. 5th amendment? Duh! Got your venue right here buddy, or here or here but not here unless you weren't there! Ha!

I'm in the odd spot of having to tear myself away from civpro to do torts - turns out I don't hate civpro so much as when I'm bombing it.

I have much happy/relief.

Law people bond - all people that have been to law school quickly and emotionally react and show empathy when I mention law school, law school while working (along with whistles and wows), and exams. I don't think other people do this! Maybe it's because I'm not in the group, but I've never noticed accountants or Drs showing the same bonding type behavior. Drs should...residency blows!

I will say that there seems to be some bonding among grad students acros the disciplines. hmm...let me tweak that: there is bonding between grad students in the humanities; I haven't communicated with sciences folk (beyond my sister who is bio/chem MS...and has family bias.)

Good luck - it sounds as though it is coming together for you.
Are you taking courses over the summer as well?

Hell no! I am goofing off, that is to say JUST working full-time.
