So everyone I hang out with wants to know more Chile stories. Sad truth is - there really aren't that many more than what I wrote about. Mostly my friends are getting stories about people, politics, and social events which don't translate well outside the group that experienced them. Understand we spent most of each day working - really working - so there was only off-hour interaction. As proud as I am, there isn't much to say about 8 hours of hammering, 4 hours of shoveling sand into a concrete mixer, etc.

Tons more pics popping up - all through snapfish (sucks) and facebook (aka twitter with pictures).

Just hung out with Brad, who worked with us in Chile-Habitat. He hung out in Chile and went to Peru - he has time to blow as he's in the military (COE) and has months left before he goes back to Iraq. We used beer to pass time until happy hour at Capital Brew in Shirlington. The crazy lug is now about to drive to Ohio, yeesh. Heh - he thought I was hooking up with so-n-so. We talked about Chile and Iraq, but now I'm just tired.

I only came to write this because while I was finishing "Geek Love," I heard this song on the radio. Now I'm going to finish watching Pictsy spinning on mute while the robots tell me what to do.
