Hooray! What a great way to start my workday. First thing in this AM, I have a faxed response from the Judge on my hottest case responding to the motion I sent last night. Complainant's motion = denied, I won that round! Not only that, but he noted we should be "prepared to file dispositive motions at the conclusion of discovery." This means the chances of a hearing are slim, and the judge thinks one side probably can win the day based on the file already before the court. My review of the case has always said we were heavily favored to win, but I had some concerns (you always have some areas that are stronger/weaker than others). It seems the odds are leaning heavily in my favor on this high-profile case. Huzzah!

I'm taking today off from the gym, if and only if, I can stand it. I'm not getting gains on the bench - not important, but my workouts are regular enough that I suspect a 5 day break might be ok (on weights only, been running and doing boxy class).
