(no subject)

Bush has nudged a judge by bypassing the Senate for the 2nd time this year, installing Alabama Attorney General William Pryor on the federal appeals court.

Note: this is the same judge who filing a Supreme Court brief in the famous Lawrence v. Texas comparing homosexual acts to "prostitution, adultery, necrophilia, bestiality, possession of child pornography and even incest and pedophilia."

Other notes: he is also known for his criticism of Roe v. Wade and spearheading the effort to remove Roy Moore for refusing to remove the 10 commandments statue from the courthouse.

ALSO - WHY YOU SHOULD VOTE:
Iran low voter turnout results in huge conservative wins:

Insane zealots always vote, so not voting is assuring that the right-wing wins.
EDIT - ok so they removed all the reformists, they still had a higher % voting than the US in a presidential election.

Um, I think it's more like, "Mass exclusion of reform candidates results in huge conservative win."

Nothing like forbidding your opponents running against you to seal up the election, huh?

Indeed, but anything has got to be better than Bush.
