Death of a thousand cuts

MRI tomorrow will cost about $400 (and I'm very insured)
My computer, loading a huge MS win 7 update, isn't booting and is appearing beyond my repair-ability without paying for help.
I got side-swiped in traffic, and while easily proven as not my fault, due to liability laws in this area will probably leave me both paying the deductible and being carless and on public transportation / lyft for a while.
It's time to buy a vent hood, ceiling fans, and a dining room chandelier.
My laptop is dying.
My tv died.
I got a memory card for the camera, but after charging the battery for over an hour it still doesn't react to the on button in any way.

Everything is broken. Everything costs money, and time, which is money, to fix.

Ugh. I empathize. When everything breaks at once it is incredibly frustrating and exhausting.

Disposable society too...nothing I own do I know how to fix, nor can I just re-wire the teeny tiny circuits. Steampunk world would theoretically have things I could work on.
