Body shot...I actually don't know. You can fill someone's chest dimple, or belly button, with liquor...in bars I think they get someone with a washboard to pour a shot in a shot glass in their belly button and the customer picks up the shot glass with no hands...but mostly it's just something that sounds vulgar.
