This makes no sense. I just got my contracts grade - a flat C. A C. That's just not possible. I got a B last semester, and met with the professor who thought I wrote well and clearly knew the material...and somehow this fell to a C. I'm just in shock - this is so unexpected I wonder if they got the right grade? Never in a bazillion years did I suspect I would get a C, not in this class. A B perhaps, but a C???

Positive side - my grades may be low enough to stop trying to have a decent class rank after all. This makes A+ in civpro, flat B in writing, and this mystery C.

Sounds like someone needs a hug!

It sounds like it wouldn't hurt to inquire about the grade. It does seem strange that you would receive an "average" 'C' when you know the material.

As for class rank, please forgive my ignorance, but will the class rank matter in relation to your end-goal for the law degree?
