Same ol - nothing worth writing about

Completely thrilled by Romney's choice of VP. With Ryan, they have locked the socially conservative xtian white male voter - solid. In so doing, they have alienated pretty much everyone else - including not just women, but the elderly as well due to Ryan's proposed medicare cuts (which might be a worthy debate, but with the power of special interests and the lack of actual socialized medicine, it's just political suicide) won't be big fans. Following FOX reporting that Obama's up in the polls prior to that, I have even more hope that our less bad option will retain office.

My pulled butt is still impeding my gym routine, bad. I used to max at a squat of 315 for 2, yesterday I only nailed 290 for 1. Granted, I've gone from parallel to lower - not ass to grass but call it stripper down, but I'm feeling major pain in one spot when I do. With my chiro, Cressey, and ass all yelling at me - I roll around on a rubber ball a lot and that cure hurts too.

Work is insane - no relief in sight. When will I make a mistake, get caught, and be held accountable as if my workload wasn't out of control?

I play diablo too much, though if I were reading or watching tv it wouldn't really be noticeable.
