Ok based on street closures I'm thinking arriving before 7pm is a good idea, so anytime after 6 should be fine? I may make temporary "fake" parking passes so you can park in my parking lot - we don't tow so it's not really an issue.

Remember the door is fussy - if you can't get the door entry to work just call me from your cell

...and the house is a mess and the groupon coupon people won't be here until August because they're overbooked...
