Yoga shit - cat/cow, cobra (rock back on heels, alternate)
cross legs, let knee down
Cross legs, pull knee up with ankle on it
Cross one leg, lean over on it with the other leg back

Stuff like that - I don't recall the names of most.

What you say makes sense though - I am unsteady; that's why I'm starting slow and trying to keep the volume up instead of just shooting for strength.
